The idea to start Little Italy was really exciting! In a trip to the capital of Ha Noi with my foreign friends, we had chance to enjoy pizza at a small restaurant where the owner gave us a very nice introduction about pizza and other Italian dishes we had never heard in Hue. The launch of an Italy restaurant started to invade my thoughts. Back to Hue, I presented my business idea to friends, surprisingly they all agreed and promised to support me whatever they could do from the preparation phase to the marketing strategies. Especially, I was luckily to collaborate with an Indian friend experiencing in restaurant management. An Italian restaurant eventually came into being in Hue city.
At the end of Pham Ngu Lao St was located Little Italy Restaurant (300m far from DMZ Bar) which its name was listed in many guide books. Since 2002, Little Italy Restaurant was known as one of the first Italian restaurants in Hue City. Once come to Little Italy restaurant, customers will experience a cozy atmosphere inside with enthusiastic and hospitable staff willing to serve you any time you need.
