Under the enthusiastic and dynamic management of the owner, DMZ bar & Little Italy restaurant dominate a friendly and professional staff. The number of employees at the bar and the restaurant has mounted up to 120 since the establishment in 1994 and 2002 respectively.

Next to the daily working scheme,  our staff  have great opportunities to join in sport competition activities (Billiard, Swimming, Badminton, etc. ). Annual celebrations for our staff are held in the occasions of the International Women's Day (8 March), Vietnamese Women's Day (20 October).

The staff also have been experiencing the yearly-organized tours through-out Vietnam (Ha Long bay, Sapa, Hanoi capital, Da Nang, Hoi An old city, Nha Trang beach, Sai Gon, etc.) More importantly, in order to encourage the staff to try their best in this customer-friendly service, DMZ bar & Little Italy restaurant launches the awards for the best employees on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
